1. Main Application:
WF Series Cyclone Pulse Dust Collecting crusher
/pulverizer is applied for crushing materials in such trades as pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, m-agnetic material, powder etc. This crusher is a new-generated crushing equipment combining crushing, dust-collecting and continuous-discharge into a unit.
2. Working principle:
This crusher is made up of crushing set, cyclone separator, pulse dust-evacuator and induced fan. Material is fed into chamber throughthe hopper, and crushed by high speed rotating hammers. The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator by the induced fan androtating centrifugal force, then discharge through gate blower, dust come into the pulse dust-collecting box, filtrated and recycledby the filter cylinder. The crushing size can be adjusted by the screen.
